Invicta originally began back in 1999 when Adam founded AJ Harita, Ltd in the United Kingdom. AJ Harita, Inc. was the natural US expansion of the company in 2000. In 2005 AJ Harita, Inc. was reborn as Invicta Consulting, Inc.
Adam started his career working at Arthur Andersen and then at Ernst and Young before venturing out on his own. Adam has over 11 years of EnterpriseWorld and EnterpriseOne consulting experience behind him, partnering with his clients all over the world, from Europe to South America to Australia and of course North America. Adam has a B.A. in International Business from California State University, Fullerton and an M.B.A. in International Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Jim was a senior consultant at JD Edwards for 10 years prior to joining Invicta. Jim’s areas of expertise are all the Financial, Distribution and Homebuilder modules as well as the report design aid (Report Writing) of EnterpriseOne and World Software. Jim has more than 11 years of One World experience and more than 13 years of consulting experience. Jim worked on the first worldwide implementation of One World in 1996 at Integration Alliance Corporation in Denver, Colorado. Jim has a significant amount of experience in the beverage and homebuilding industries. Jim has a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Tony started his career at JD Edwards as a technical tools instructor where he was a JD Edwards Instructor Certified Professional. While at JD Edwards Tony also became a Product Certified Professional in both OneWorld Report Design and OneWorld Appication Development. Tony spent the remainder of his tenure at JD Edwards as a Technical Tools consultant taking on the role of both developer and analyst for his clients. Tony has over 8 years of EnterpriseOne experience in a variety of industries including homebuilding, beverage and manufacturing. Tony is a San Diego native and holds a B.A in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego.
